Deck Refinishing
The complete refinishing process for a wood deck may include inspection and repair, cleaning, power washing, sanding, staining, & sealing. Not all refinishing projects will include all steps however. Our deck experts will evaluate your deck's needs and make your weathered old deck look like new again. We clean & restore composite/pvc decking, too!
Level 3: Restoration
Our Deck Restoration service is intended for wood decks with blotchy coating, severe splintering, and flaking. It is designed to return your deck to beautiful, like-new condition. Our restoration service goes beyond our Level 2 treatment by stripping the wood (vs cleaning), and once the wood has dried, we return within the week to secure loose boards, set nails, resurface the deck using specialty sanding equipment, and apply a coat of premium quality penetrating oil sealer by hand.
Level 2: Deep Clean
Our most common service. It renews and revives dirty, dingy, moldy, and grayed and dried out wood decks. Our Deep Clean service includes our Level 1 treatment plus: once the wood has dried, we return within the week to secure loose boards, perform a medium sanding to reveal fresh wood fibers, and apply a coat of premium quality penetrating oil sealer by hand.
Level 1: Light Wash
Perfect for new wood decks or wood decks that have been treated within the past twelve months. For our Light Wash treatment, we begin by applying a biodegradable wood cleaner, gently power washing the wood surface, applying a wood conditioner, and rinsing. Once the wood has dried, we return within the week to lightly sand and apply a coat of premium quality penetrating oil sealer by hand.
